Every time I have a birthday, and I recently did, I think about what I did with my last year and what I'd like to do in the year going forward. Birthday time is my "resolution" time. I've taken stock and set new goals and have new dreams to come true. And, I don't have the pressure of the year-end resolution when everyone is scrambling to decide what to affirm next at a time when the focus clouded by Holiday distractions. By the way, my goals are always in writing. It keeps me honest and focused.
