  Who's Winning At The Olympics?

The flags are different. The faces are diverse. The performances are superb. And the world watches — cheers and savors the moment. Fans, and those who never follow an everyday sports event, watch and wonder. Sometimes, we forget national pride and our own athletes, celebrating in the moment, as we watch humanity perform at its best. In Olympic sports, unlike many business and life challenges, there are specific rules and guidelines, time limits and identifiable winners. And those of us in the audience get to share in the celebration of each win's pomp and circumstance. Who wins at the Olympics? We all do. So, why aren't more of our life and business challenges like sports, like the Olympics?

Look around at the politics, at the intrigue, at the small compromises we are tempted to take with integrity in our quests for victory and success. What are you doing to promote good sportsmanship in life, at work? Are you doing enough?
