Fans, and those who never follow an everyday sports event, watch and wonder. Sometimes, we forget national pride and our own athletes, celebrating in the moment, as we watch humanity perform at its best. In Olympic sports, unlike many business and life challenges, there are specific rules and guidelines, time limits and identifiable winners. And those of us in the audience get to share in the celebration of each win's pomp and circumstance. Who wins at the Olympics? We all do. So, why aren't more of our life and business challenges like sports, like the Olympics?
